We are looking for an individual with a strong interest in HR Admin Assistant to join our team at Environmental Landscape Development, Inc.
This is a 20 hour per week (part-time) entry level position with the ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish IS A MUST, Monday / Friday are important days to be in the office. As a key member of our Human Resources Team, you will be responsible for serving as a bridge between employees and management, ensuring open communication, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive, productive work environment. This position plays a critical role in supporting workforce engagement, resolving employee issues, and promoting company policies and safety standards on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Employee Record Management: Organizing, maintaining, and updating employee files, databases, and personnel records.
* HR Documentation: Preparing and filing HR documents such as employment contracts, new hire guides, and employee handbooks.
* Onboarding and Offboarding: Assisting with the logistical aspects of hiring, training, and exiting employees.
* Employee Support: Acting as a first point of contact for employees, answering questions about company policies, benefits, and other HR-related issues.
* Compliance: Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed and that the organization remains compliant with local and federal labor laws.
* Reporting and Data Analysis: Generating HR reports on areas like turnover rates to inform the HR team.
* Interview Coordination: Assisting with job postings, scheduling and coordinating job interviews.
