I am offering a do-nothing rental service. It is available for any situation in which all you want is a person to be there. Maybe there is an event you want to go to but feel awkward going on your own. Perhaps it is a person you need to sit in the window of your cafe because it will help to draw more business. Maybe you want to play a card game or board game but you are one person short. Perhaps you just want someone to listen to your daily problems. If you want me to eat with you, you pay for my food. If you want me to attend an event with you, you pay for my ticket. I will not be judgmental. I will not give advice to you. I will be there to do nothing. I am a 66 year old white male, retired, well-educated with two advanced degrees, and in good shape for my age. I can travel to most parts of Los Angeles County.
