We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Supervisor/Foreman for residential construction projects.
This is a working assistant supervisor foreman position – must be able to lead and assist with the crew while actively working in the field.
Must have strong experience with:
New construction build ups
Electrical (light and finish work)
Plumbing (repairs and fixture installs)
Framing (wood and metal)
Drywall (hanging, taping and finishing)
Interior and exterior painting
Tile installation (floors, walls, showers)
Flooring (tile and vinyl)
Stucco patch and repair
Demolition and site prep
General remodeling tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Hands-on construction experience (field work is required)
• Proven ability to manage structural repair projects and field crews
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Comfortable crawling under homes and inspecting raised foundations
• Able to multitask across multiple active job sites
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction trades, with a solid background in residential and commercial projects a plus.
• Ability to perform at least three different trades proficiently to cover scope gaps as needed.
