Hello!
We’re a small family in need of a big-hearted person to help care for our two young children during the weekdays. Our daughter is 20 months old and our son is 3 months. My wife is returning to work soon, and while I work from home full-time, we need someone who can give our kids their full attention, love, and care while we juggle work life.
What We’re Looking For:
• Someone with real experience caring for young children — especially infants.
• CPR certified and comfortable around water (our toddler loves splashing).
• Confident around dogs — we have three friendly, mid-sized pups who think they’re human.
• Willing to help with light cleaning and simple, nutritious meals for the kids.
• An understanding of childhood development and a passion for early learning is a huge plus.
When & Where:
• Weekdays (exact hours to be discussed, but generally during the workday).
• We’re located in [insert neighborhood or area if comfortable].
A Bit About Our Home:
We’re a warm, open household. I work from home and my wife works from home two days a week. Grandma pops in for some quality time. So you’ll never be totally alone — but you will be the main caretaker during the day.
Most importantly: Our home is a safe, inclusive space. We welcome and support people from all backgrounds — LGBTQ+ folks, people of color, immigrants (documented or not) — everyone deserves respect and kindness here.
If This Sounds Like You:
Please reply with a bit about yourself — your experience, availability, and anything you think we should know. We’d love to set up a time to talk and see if we’re a good match.
Looking forward to meeting you!
