We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with a strong engineering background to oversee field operations and manage day-to-day activities on our construction projects. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can coordinate crews, manage schedules, and ensure every project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction supervision
Engineering background/experience
Experience with field supervision, daily project management, and plan review
Strong ability to read and clearly understand construction drawings and plans
Solid knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, safety, and quality control
Spanish-speaking (bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus)
Demonstrated team management and leadership experience
Works with technology and construction-related software
