Pay is flat per day, not hourly — the more efficient we work, the higher your effective hourly rate.
Solo Jobs (When Applicable):
$1.50 per linear foot – single-story homes
$2.25 per linear foot – two-story homes
Example:
200ft single-story home x $1.50 = $300
130ft two-story home × $2.25 = $292.50
Some days may include multiple solo jobs, creating higher earning potential. I pay cash when the clients have completed payments. Payments will be received via your choice of Zelle or Venmo.
