Key Responsibilities
Answer phones, emails, and greet visitors in a professional manner
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Perform data entry, filing, and document management
Assist with preparing reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence
Maintain office supplies and organize office operations
Support management with administrative projects and general clerical duties
Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records
Handle confidential information with professionalism
Qualifications
Previous administrative or office experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Reliable, professional, and punctual
Preferred Skills
Experience with scheduling software or CRM systems
