Property management company looking for plumbers for small and large projects.
We have a few properties that need a plumber for inspections, plumbing checklist repairs and major work with permits.
We prefer someone with a license since some jobs are insurance jobs and some require permits. We still may be able to work with an unlicensed plumber based on experience and skills set.
Must have knowledge and experienced with plumbing inspections.
We pay a daily rate of $300-$400 depending on the work or can 1099 for a higher rate.
