Looking to collaborate with a caring paralegal or a freelance attorney (CA-barred) with solid knowledge of Los Angeles legal procedures – particularly in small claims and business contract matters.
Ideal candidates may be:
1. Experienced paralegals ($55–$80/hr), with familiarity in preparing demand letters, business contract enforcement, court filing, service of process, etc.
2. Entry-to-mid level California attorneys ($80–$115/hr), open to task-based collaboration and document review projects
Requirements:
1. Comfortable with LA County court procedures, timelines, and local nuances
2. Reliable, efficient, clear in communication
3. Project-based mindset; able to work independently
I’m looking for a caring and proactive professional to help me with legal workflows. I am okay to starting with a small paid task to try collaboration and alignment.
