Reliable, effective math tutor (Algebra,Geometry,SAT)Chinese中文Mandarin (all LA areas)

Since 2017, I have had many success in helping various level students with their math needs, I am especially good at helping those students who are behind due to various reasons, and test prep (ISEE/SSAT, GED, SAT math, ACT math etc.) Used to be an university teacher of computer technology and student advisor/counselor for a few years, worked as computer engineer for 15 + years, with two master degrees.

General / quick math help may not be very difficult to find.
But if you decide to search for a math tutor, quite often, your kid(s) may need some specific help;
or facing pretty unique challenge. At that time, usually we need to pass through
3 steps in order to resolve the issue or difficult you are facing:
--> Identify the root cause
--> create a valid/effective plan (strategy)
--> follow through, reach the goal
Obviously, It's not a trivial task, takes a lot of effort, planning and hard working.
Picking the right tutor could affect a kid in many different ways, especially true for teenager. it may not be limited to just math.
Many tutors out there, each student , as well as the tutor are unique. Matching them well is a good start.
I am especially good at helping those students who is behind for various reason.
If you feel frustrated, get stuck, or don't know what to do; and have been searching for the right tutor for quite some time.
I probably could give you some effective help. I am very effective to help those kids facing with unique challenge.
Because I genuinely care my student, love helping student with math questions (passion in helping and teaching), experienced, creative and patient.
While I have been tutoring students age from kindergarten up to 11th grade, and adult.
the majority I help often start with elementary student (4/5th grade) and middle schoolers, many will stay with me into high school.

(age wise, I am comfortable with any between 2nd up to 12th grade, as well as adult.)
$$$ :-) My 1-on-1 rate does vary, depend on a few factors. But usually starts around $35 (for online, in person rate will add traveling distance factor). Long term tutoring, certain time when I am not as busy (like am, early pm, weekend/Friday time) I could often offer better rates.
