We started with a strong online presence in Southern California and have since shifted to a direct, face-to-face customer approach, connecting homeowners and contractors with our expert design and installation teams.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated Outreach Specialist to generate qualified contractor leads. You’ll focus on identifying and contacting potential contractors, establishing professional relationships, and passing qualified leads to our in-house design team for project follow-up and sales. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys prospecting and building relationships but isn’t required to close sales themselves. This position also offers strong opportunities for growth into sales, team leadership, or account management roles.
Responsibilities:
Identify and source contractor leads independently (after training)
Conduct in-person outreach and calls
Qualify contractor interest and maintain professional relationships
Pass qualified leads to the design team for project follow-up
Maintain accurate records of outreach and contact activity
Represent Linq Kitchen professionally at all times

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Valid driver’s license required
