Removed from a old San Bernardino industrial building in the late 1980s and kept indoors ever since.
True, flat, no warpage, no water damage.
New/Retail today is well over $25/ft ($4150) if you can even find these lengths.
This if from a family estate sale that has to be finished up soon.
Am I crazy to think $750 for all is reasonable?
I’ll toss in all the other old, antique, reclaimed, repurposed, weathered wood we have (including some dowel stock).
We’re available most any time for the next few days.
