We are Woodlly.com, a fast-growing custom shelf manufacturer based in Alhambra, CA. We're hiring a Manufacturing Assistant to join our team.
This is a hands-on role that includes working with CNC machines, woodshop tools, and packaging stations. No degree or prior experience required—we’ll train you!
💼 Part-Time to Full-Time | 💰 $17/hr to start
🔧 No Experience Needed | 🧰 Training Provided
📌 Position Details:
Schedule: Part-time to start, between 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. M-F
Wage: $15/hour for first 90 days
Review after 90 days: Wage may increase, and position may become full-time
Start Date: ASAP
First 3 Months: Independent contractor (1099) — must have own insurance
🧠 We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has basic computer skills (Windows or Mac)
Is comfortable with power tools or eager to learn
Wants to learn CNC operations, packaging, sanding, and wood finishing
Pays attention to detail and is a fast learner
Can lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods
Bonus if you have leadership experience or want to grow into it
🛠️ What You’ll Do:
Operate woodworking tools and CNC machines
Build and sand custom shelves and parts
Measure, drill, and assemble components
Inspect products and ensure quality
Label and package finished orders
Help open, close, and clean the shop
You’ll be trained on all of the above, and your growth is supported.
