Vinyl Record Quality Control & Packaging Specialist (Independent Contractor)

Summary
Responsible for inspecting, assembling, and packaging vinyl records to ensure accuracy, quality, and readiness for shipment.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect records and materials for quality and accuracy
Sleeve, assemble, and package vinyl records (jackets, inserts, shrink wrap, boxing)
Prepare and label shipments correctly
Maintain clean, organized work area
Follow instructions, safety procedures and warehouse standards
Support production flow and meet daily output targets
Must-Have Skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to consistently pack the correct items
Clean and organized work habits
Ability to read and follow work orders
Requirements
Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks alone
Able to lift 25–40 lbs
Reliable, efficient, and team-oriented
Vinyl Record Knowledge including identifying defects, playback standards & orientation
Details
Pay: $17/hr
Schedule: Dependent on Production Volume
Shop Hours: 9am - 5pm, Extended Based on Need
