Requirements:

- Very high standards for customer service.
• Ability to use office equipment with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to use honesty and discretion when handling business information.
• Dependable and adaptable to fast-paced work environment conditions
• Computer skills with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and QuickBooks
• Organizational skills
• Time management skills, including punctuality for on-time attendance
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail!!!!!!!
• Ability to operate independently and collaboratively within a team
* Must have strong phone skills
* Responsibilities:
• Uses basic computer skills to key customer names, addresses, statistical information, account numbers
• Operates a variety of office machines to ensure the efficient and accurate handling of information.
• Works under direct supervision and follows standard procedures and written instructions to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Performs other clerical duties as needed and incoming and outgoing phone calls.

** Bilingual ( Spanish ) Very helpful

This is a full time, Monday thru Friday position.
