Wholesale Consumer Electronics company in Chino, CA.
Responsibilities will include:
* Create label for daily orders.
* Help sales follow up statues.
* Contact with vendor and sales. Answer questions; providing information
* Ship out sample.
* Inputting data into Google spreadsheets for customer databases
* Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned
* Perform varies assigned tasks directed from manager
* Proficient operating a computer (Windows environment)
* Knowledge on ERP system
* MUST have strong computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite
(Excel and Word)
* Typing 40 WPM accurately
* Exceptional communication and phone skills
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Excellent organizational skills
* Very Reliable - Excellent Attendance Extremely Important!!
* A good work ethic
* Easy to work and get along with
Over 3 years in Business Assistant, work for warehouse background is preferred.
Look for someone hard working, patient, fun, thoughtful, good team player, friendly and empathetic
Salary depends on experience.
