CTC Food International, Inc. is a distributor specializing in Asian food products, connecting unique flavors and products with retailers and businesses across the region. We're a small, close-knit team looking for a reliable, organized part-time team member to help keep our daily operations running smoothly.
Position: Part-Time Administrative Assistant
What you'll do:
Coordinate pickups with 3rd-party trucking companies and manage shipment scheduling
Process sales orders and invoices accurately and efficiently
Handle email correspondence with customers, brokers, and team members
Maintain and organize digital document filing systems
Manage petty cash, reconcile expenses, and write checks as needed
Answer and assist customer calls in a professional, friendly manner
What we're looking for:
Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Resourceful, proactive, highly dependable, and solutions-oriented
Able to multi-task effectively
Nice to have:
Interest or familiarity with Asian food products
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm (~30 hours/week)
Pay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour
