We are a growing construction company seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Assistant to support daily operations. This is a full-time, in-office role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their work.
No prior experience required — we are looking for the right person with the right mindset. This is an opportunity to learn and grow within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
Manage emails, calls, and scheduling
Assist with work orders, job tracking, and documentation
Data entry and file organization
Coordinate with vendors, field teams, and management
Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time

Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Reliable with excellent follow-through
Willing to learn and take direction
Able to handle a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
Strong communication skills
Spanish is a plus
