The successful candidate will play a critical role in project lifecycle management, ensuring projects are planned and executed efficiently, safely, and within budgetary constraints.
Responsibilities:
1. Project Management & Oversight: Manage, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications, blueprints, and quality standards.
2. Scheduling: Develop, update, and manage project schedules using relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6), monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.
3. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily logs, change orders, progress reports, and material submittals.
4. Coordination: Work with our team, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and clients to ensure smooth project flow and effective communication.
5. Technical Guidance: Provide technical expertise, interpret blueprints, and resolve complex engineering issues that arise in the field.
6. Safety & Compliance: Ensure all on-site work is performed in compliance with local, state, and federal building codes, safety regulations (OSHA), and company policies.
7. Bidding: Prepare detailed, accurate, and competitive cost estimates for construction projects by analyzing drawings, specifications, and other documentation.
8. Quantity Take-offs: Conduct thorough quantity take-offs of materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor work.
Cost Analysis: Analyze and determine unit prices, factoring in direct costs (materials, labor) and indirect costs (overhead, profit, contingency).
9. Value Engineering: Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements while maintaining project quality and functionality.
Qualifications: (MUST READ)
1. Engineering Experience: 5-10 Years
2. Engineering Certification Preferred (International Ok)
3. Spanish Speaking Preferred
4. Most Have a Working Phone, Laptop, and Car.
