Looking for an energetic bright self starter to assist construction department at a high end residential interior design construction company. Professional appearance is required.
Construction or interior design background required.
Duties will include but not limited to:
Provide general administrative support.
Assist in scheduling inspections for construction department.
Keep construction binder receipts current.
Make spec books for clients,
Dealing with warranty issues of past clients.
Scheduling of sub-contractors to do repairs.
Doing errands such as picking up items and or dropping off for the firm.
Keeping the office organized.
Record Client payment and file in appropriate binders, and forward check copies to departments.
Making bank deposits one to two times a week.
Ordering supplies and making sure supplies are stocked.
Assist with special mailings and distribute mailing.
Receive and process packages.
Assist with design and construction contracts and/or retainers.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, copying, binder creating, etc.

Start date will be January 5th, 2026
We are located in South Pasadena. The hours are 8-4 or 9-5 - you choose- with a paid one hour lunch break.
