Available is one 19' x 10' four window office and one 14 x 10 office. Both have windows overlooking vintage Pasadena. There is a support ,staff area with one desk. Just a bit more for that. Both offices have good views. You can have one office or both. If you take both we would reduce the price.We have a very comfortable leather upholstered separated waiting room, a 10 chair conference room, internet and a kitchenette area with refrigerator, copier, and microwave that is shared. Civil Rutter and CEB books.
Parking is $55 a month. A reserved space may be available for $65. There are 4 other friendly lawyers in the suite including a certified specialist in estate planning , a copyright, patent and trademark and business law specialist, a business and employment law and ethics specialist, and two civil litigation practitioners. There may be some overflow work available.
This is a good place to work in a suite with a very compatible group of people. This is not like the We Work open area suites which don't allow for privacy. Please call me for more details.
