Vintage Santay Flip Down Steering Wheel Spinner Knob - what they used to call back in the 1940s and 1950s a "Suicide Knob" because they were dangerous to use. Very good condition except for a small crack on the top. Not for use on a steering wheel, which it wouldn't fit anyways. These things sell for big bucks on eBay and Etsy, but I'll let it go for $50.
