At some point in their life someone drilled and tapped the 428CJ exhaust bolt pattern on the exhaust flange , normally these heads are just a up and down 8 bolt pattern, now they have 16 per head, allowing you many more exhaust or header options..
Selling with the rocker assemblies, pushrods , and oil drip baffles as shown in the last pic.
These my be ideal if your headers have all 16 holes on the exhaust flange or if your running cobra jet exhaust manifolds.
