The one pictured on the concrete is 24 x 17.5 , 5 deep and has a fan opening diameter of 18 7/8. This one looks to be more universal fit. And looks like you can cut the depth down if needed. $60
The one pictured on the wood floor is 24.5 wide x 16.5 tall , is 2" deep and has a diameter fan opening of 19"
probably appropriate for a 17 or 18" fan , this looks to be ABS plastic $75
