What You’ll Do
Represent the CA Flat Fee brand at the highest level when working with buyers and sellers.
Follow up on leads from multiple channels and convert them into active clients.
Host open houses, attend showings, prepare CMAs, and run effective listing/buyer consultations.
Work directly with leadership to sharpen your skills and accelerate your production.
Build a consistent pipeline through social media, networking, and our proven systems.
