This is a 10' x 15' garden shed converted into a soundproof, temperature-controlled professional music studio in 2021. There is a lockable window and standard pedestrian door, a built-in HVAC system, overhead light, and electrical outlets. The studio has a vaulted ceiling and a large exterior closet for equipment and tools. In the past four years, we used the studio to record music and as a practice room.
The unit is currently in the backyard of our home in East LA, 90022. It will be emptied, no furniture. You haul.
