Been working on haas cnv 3 axis for 1 year. Pluging in usb, doing basic, simple set ups, tool change, tool diameter and length, doing dry/pre and runs. Checking tol. +/- 0.005 to +/- 0.01. Using only fial/digital calipers on non areospace applications. Dont change code just if any discrepencies come up will address superviser, engineer. Working mailyvwith aluminun, cold roll steel and plastics.
Deburring, using pnuematic tools, also using bridge port mill.
Mostly imperial/standard prints.
Done metric every once in a blue moon.
Looking for good environment with people i can work and learn off of and vice versa.
Doesnt have to be cnc willing to apply and try new skills with 3d printing, edm wire etc.......
Also have other work experience.
