Responsibilities:
• Point person for customer deliveries, pick-ups, general errands.
• Counter sales – customer service, phone calls, assist customers with your learned parts knowledge.
• Perform daily vehicle pre-trip and post-trip, fueling and readiness checks.
• Monitor, action, answer and escalate when needed, customer and inter-office emails.
• Organize, track and replenish inventory using warehouse systems and checklists
• Load and unload equipment, parts and tools using proper safety techniques.
• Warehouse upkeep – make coffee, sweep, down stocking, cleaning yard, taking trash out, organizing and moving material.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse, loading dock, and counter.
• Follow all company safety procedures and report concerns promptly.
• Additional duties assigned by the warehouse manager.

Requirements:
• Valid class C driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Previous pluming industry experience preferred but not required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
Compensation and Benefits:
• Pay Range: $19 - $23 per hour depending on experience.
