I have one room available for rent in my home.
My name is Johnny, I’m 34 and I live alone.
I live in nice cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath 2 story home. I drive for UPS and work long hours. Im looking to rent out a room to the right person.
I’m not here to help anyone out. I’m interested in someone who is responsible, working, has their finances straight and just need a room for about a year. I’m also open to students. I’m right in front of diamond bar high school.
