Month to Month.Luxury Spacious Bedroom with Private Bath with tub and an extra large mirrored bathroom - huge, double sinks, and has a mirrored medicine cabinet. The toilet is amazing; it's electronic if you choose or not if you take the plug out, simple. You will have a huge closet with multiple racks and shelving for clothes, shoes, accessories, storage, etc. you will have your own private living room/family room on the second floor just outside your bedroom. Your bedroom has two big windows for lots of light or simply close the blinds. You'll have full use of our home gym that has three cardio machines, a big boxing bag, a pull-up bar, tons of weights, bars, exercise balls of various sizes, kettle bells, medicine balls, individual smaller bars with clips and tons of weight plates, there are also two ab machines, yoga mat, weighted circle (nothing within the circle), the kitchen which includes the refrigerator which is brand new and very fancy, our espresso machine, oven, toaster oven, microwave, the extraordinarily large dining room on the bottom floor which has a beautiful mirrored dining table, ghost chairs, ghost barstools, a mirrored credenza and a mirrored buffet where you are welcome to store any food or kitchen type items in. The house has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, including one downstairs you are welcome to shower in if it's more comfortable to you or for whatever reason, you'll have full use of the backyard which has five fruit trees. It is very tranquil and calming. There is a private park behind the house, every single thing you could possibly need or want is two to three blocks away - The Chino Hills Commons, all major banks and many of the smaller ones, 20 gazillion restaurants and grocery stores, fast food, gyms, pet stores, dentists, agencies, doctors, urgent cares, Dollar Trees, Starbucks is two blocks away, and everything else, even comic and cards and collectibles shops, REI, Dick's Sporting Goods, Costco, Target, Walmart, auto repair and tire shops, Home Depot, Robo Hunters, Barnes & Noble, way way wayyy more, but two blocks away there are also many nail salons, hair salons, eyelash salons, Vape shops, Hooah shops, Smoke shops, Collectives, Subway, the Freeway... We do not judge anyone for anything and all is welcome here. Smoking Cigarettes - please just step outside either from the back sliding doors or either side or out front. We are both female, married for 11 years legally, together for about 15, we are 39 and 40 (I just turned 40 and it's weird and I feel weird about it, but I'm handling it (; We are both feminine, we don't mind a guy or a girl at all, all ages and situations and races and ethnicities and ...you get my point. We are pretty amazing and fun. The rental Includes utilities, access to top speed wi-fi, no access to our bedroom or the downstairs Office, but feel free and confident to knock. This is one of the safest Cities in America, the neighborhoods of Chino Hills are quaint and beautiful; once you move here you become happier and you fall for this City- We did, against all odds coming from the Westside. Okay so I am Jewish Middle Eastern, but for the last 10 years I could pass as White no problem (; and my Wife is half Mexican and half Spanish.
