This townhouse is in a great location, it is just a 2 block walk to lots of great shopping and restaurants on South Lake!! Old Town is about a mile away. It is just a couple blocks away from Cal Tech and Pasadena City College. There is very quick access to the 110, 134, and 210 freeways, and the gold line station (Lake Ave Station) is only a half mile walk. Trader Joes is just a 2 block walk. It is also a short drive away from the Pasadena Arts School and Cal State LA.
The entire townhouse is 3 stories and has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. There is a half bathroom on the first floor and each bedroom has a full bathroom. This room is the entire 3rd floor of the townhouse. It is a very large sized room with a huge walk in closet and private bathroom with double sinks.
The owner of the townhouse is a mid 30s women .She studies at cal state la. She will be staying in one of the rooms on the 2nd floor and the other 2nd floor room is being rented by a student of cal tech.
