My roommates and I are looking for somebody to take over the master bedroom in our house. The three of us are located about 1.2 miles East of Caltech on San Pasqual Street. This is a pretty cozy neighborhood and our street is a designated bikeway for East/West travel and will take you directly onto Caltech's campus. Grocery shopping (Vons) and restaurants are only a 10 minute walk north of here on Colorado Street. Utilities usually range between $100-$200 a month depending on electricity usage (generally more expensive in the summer due to AC usage).

*Plenty of parking both off street and in the driveway
*Shared kitchen
*Shared Living Room
*Shared office space (plenty of room to setup a desk if you want to WFH)

November 1st

About us:
My name is Eric and I'm in my early 30s. I work as an engineer at Caltech and mostly enjoy rock climbing/bouldering in my spare time. My girlfriend Way lives in the same room and works in construction. CJ is in their early 30s, works also enjoys climbing (in fact we became friends through our local climbing gym). We hope our future roommate comes to see this space as theirs just as much as ours.
