Sharing a unit in a two room apartment. This is a bargain as this pretty much renting the entire house for half a price since I wont be there most of the time. Bargain since I wont be home 90% of the time.
If I like you as a person, I may cover some of the utilities. Pets may be applicable. But ask first. No guarantee. Each room has its own AC also.You get master room and designated parking spot for you
