I have a very nice older female cat that needs an occasional caring friend, a kindly housemate is desirable that can cat sit on occasion when I am away on business.
No other pets please.
Please, absolutely no smoking, illegal drugs, alcohol abuse or drama.
Must be easy to get along with and very comfortable sharing the space.

A long term dependable female housemate Is preferred. $650/month to month and a $300 deposit for your own nice private furnished or unfurnished bedroom as needed, your own full bathroom, walk in closet, ceiling fan, central air cond. utilities included Wi-Fi extra.
Very good verifiable current references, proof of income along with a positive background check is expected.
Near very good shopping, restaurants, 210 freeway, 57 freeway, new Gold line “A station” Trader Joe’s, Applebees, and Costco in San Dimas, scenic nature hiking trails nearby, horse trails and parks along with scenic outdoor areas like Bonelli lake and other outdoor nature places.
