Looking For Nightly Room In Home While Searching For Studio Apt (Alhambra or South Pasadena General Region)

Hey everyone. I'm between leases right now and am currently researching and viewing studio apartments, but I'm not sure I'm going to find the right one because prices keep going upward and I'm very particular about where I live. There is a dearth of reasonably-priced, clean, inhabitable hotels in Pasadena, so I really need to figure something else out until this quest for housing runs its course and I can make a definitive decision on how to proceed.
I'm offering fifty cash per day for a basic room with a bed. I don't want fancy or lush or anything that's going to unecessarily cost more. That's exactly how these outrageous hotels around town work - you pay to look at the artwork in the lobby. No thanks. I want basic and clean. Cleanliness is of the utmost importance.
Fifty bucks a day which is a rate of $1500/month. This is going to be a shorter-term arrangement for me however, and that's why I need the flexibility of nightly payments.
Again, fifty dollars cash per 24 hours, which means you stand to be paid 350 should I stay seven days. Fyi, this is a firm and final offer regarding the nightly rate.
Male, 42, employed, car, absolutely drug free, don't smoke, no significant other, no pets, no kids, no baggage, quiet, clean, both friendly and private, trustworthy and a man of my word.
This isn't an application situation. This is not a lease situation. We arrange for me to stop by and meet with you and view the room you have for me, we mutually determine if it's a good fit, and then we write up two agreements, sign both copies and that's it. This is a short-term ad hoc situation, so I need it to be painless and practical. You should feel the same I trust.
