looking for small space / room to rent for aquarium business

I run an aquarium side business selling freshwater fish online.
Looking for a extra room/ space / small office unit/garage in the San Gabriel Valley / Pasadena area
- I just need a room that has at least 2 power outlets
- Will be installing 1 single aquarium rack, featured in images , rack is small and compact, see references image. rack is for betta fish, small foot print, small sump less than 30 gallons total.
- Rack only needs 1 plug for pump, 1 plug for heater to run, low wattage, low power.
- Small space , around 200 sq ft does not need to be big
- Private 24 hour access
- No foot traffic, it will just be me packing , storing and shipping fish from the room.
- Monthly rent $500 or less
- Landlord ok with fish rack set up.
