Premiere Solar Solutions a leading national solar installer is seeking a top notch Team Lead. We will hire entire crews as well as individuals.
You will be setting appointments in the following areas; Covina, West Covina, La Puente, San Dimas, Glendora and bordering communities.
The successful candidate must be an organized, goal driven leader.
We have an approach at the door that captures the homeowners immediate attention.
If you are door knocking in another sales model, solar commissions are at least double what you are making. Each sale that results from your homeowner lead is a minimum $500 up to $1000 depending on the size of the solar system.
Get paid to clean up the planet and help homeowners save money.
These positions are training grounds for our solar sales people. Average commission on a sale is $2,000. If you can close and you demonstrate your abilities and commitment you can move up to sales within 90 days.
You can offer something of great value that helps the planet and saves homeowners money. We do things for homeowners no one else does.
We pay you $500 to $1000 for every sale on the first pay period following the sale, half up front and half on install. We pay every Friday.
If you set just 3 appointments per week you will make 1 sale. We have people who set 3 in one day.
Working full time the sky is the limit. Get paid handsomely for your hard work and results.
If you like talking to people, enjoy being outdoors, have the ability to follow a script and be persuasive, this job can set you apart from your peers.
You need a working car and a functioning smart phone to qualify for this job.
