compensation: 65 k annually Plus COMMISSION!

The Position will be responsible for global Inside Sales of the Product Portfolio. As such the main duties will be to do Cold- and Lead Qualification Calls, as well as Contacting Customers for Service Contract Renewal and Instruments going out of Warranty. The Holder must be able to obtain and maintain sufficient knowledge of accounts in order to develop and maintain account strategies to convert customer needs to Sales. The Position works closely together with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Application Specialists.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- High Level of Consultative Sales Skills and Product Knowledge with associated Features and benefits required to convert customer needs to Sales
- Obtains sufficient Knowledge of Accounts in order to convert Customer Needs into Sales
- Develops and maintains effective time, territory and Account Management Practices
- Gains Customer Acceptance by explaining or demonstrating Technical Advantages and Workflow Improvements
- Creates and analyses customer activity and plans for future Sales and keeps Sales Director and Head of Marketing up-to-date
- Responds to problems that arise in accounts, either by personal action or by securing the assistance and support from other functions
- Works closely with Sales Team and Head of Marketing to develop and execute on Actions to fix commercial- and market issues
- Participates in Sales, Marketing and Product Strategy Meetings on a regular Basis to ensure we remain on target to achieve predetermined Goals
- Contributes to and ensures the Sales Growth Targets of organization.
- Ensure Service Contract Renewal Process
- Contact Instruments that are going out of Warranty in the next 3 months
- Win-back Customers
- Lead Qualification Calls

Job Description

TRAINING, EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Chemistry (BS, MS)
- Further education in Sales, Marketing and/or an MBA would be beneficial
- 3-5 years experience in Telesales/Sales
- Experience in the LCMS/SPE Industry with Focus on Smart Consumables would be a plus
- Work Experience in the Lab Environment would be a plus
- Excellent English verbal and written communications skills. Any additional language would be a plus.
- Experience operating within an ISO 9001/13485 compliant environment would be an advantage
- Competent knowledge of MS Office package
- SAP Experience would be an Advantage
