What You’ll Do:
Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences
Provide accurate product knowledge and recommendations
Upsell effectively while maintaining a positive, helpful approach
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
Stay up-to-date on products, strains, and industry trends

What We’re Looking For:
Prior budtending or cannabis retail experience preferred
Strong product knowledge (or willingness to learn quickly)
Friendly, approachable attitude with great customer service skills
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Comfortable working 8–16 hour shifts
Team player with a drama-free, positive mindset
Flexible part-time to full-time hours available
