Insurance Agent Responsibilities:
-Lead Generation & Follow-ups – Proactively connect with potential clients through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts to expand business.
-Client Consultation – Assess client needs and provide expert recommendations on insurance products that best suit their situation.
-Educate & Advise – Help clients understand their policy options, ensuring they make informed decisions about their coverage.
-Ongoing Support & Retention – Provide exceptional service to maintain strong relationships and long-term client satisfaction.
-Policy Management – Process applications, bind coverage, and handle policy changes with accuracy and efficiency.
-Stay Industry-Savvy – Keep up with market trends, carrier products, and policy updates to offer the best solutions.
-Achieve Sales Excellence – Meet or exceed sales goals and performance benchmarks through dedication and expertise.
Insurance Agent Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (Property and Casualty License). If no License, experience is good as well.
-Proven experience in insurance sales or a strong desire to build a successful sales career
-Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to connect with clients and provide top-tier service
-Goal-oriented mindset with the drive to succeed and exceed expectations
-Strong organizational skills & attention to detail to manage policies effectively
- Proficiency in insurance software or CRM systems (preferred but not required)
