City Wide Facility Solutions – Pasadena Launch 2026
Now hiring a B2B Sales Executive to drive new business in Pasadena and the San Gabriel Valley.
This is a hunter role: cold calling, prospecting, walk-ins, and building relationships with local businesses (schools, medical offices, dealerships, offices, retail centers).
What You’ll Do:
• Prospect 20+ hrs/week (calls, walk-ins, networking)
• Identify and qualify new clients
• Present janitorial + facility service solutions
• Build and manage a CRM pipeline (“Hot 25” list)
• Close deals and hand off to Operations team
What We’re Looking For:
• 2–4 yrs B2B sales experience (Cintas, Aramark, Sysco, Waste Mgmt, etc. is a plus)
• Strong prospecting and outbound calling skills
• CRM proficiency (HubSpot or Salesforce)
• Self-motivated hunter with strong communication skills
Compensation:
• Base $60,000–$75,000 (DOE)
• Uncapped commissions (OTE $100K–$120K+)
• Mileage reimbursement + cell phone reimbursement
• Paid training + career growth with new franchise launch
