Room is upstairs on the back side of the house away from the street with a peaceful water and mountain view. There are currently 3 other chill renters living in the residence, owner not on site. No pets, no smoking indoors allowed. Home is on a quiet, private street neighborhood near hiking, bike trails, and the San Gabriel River but still close to down town Azusa shopping, bus stops, Gold Line Metro stations, and 210 freeway access. Only a 10 minute drive to Azusa Pacific University and Citrus City College.
Room has a double closet, and a window with a mountain and water view. It is upstairs, shared bathroom has a double sink, under sink storage, and a shower/tub. House has air conditioning. Room is unfurnished. Everyone has shared access/use of the backyard patio, living room, dining room, pantry, full kitchen, and washer and dryer. Kitchen has dishwasher, gas stove, fridge, sink with garbage disposal, and plenty of cupboard space for personal kitchen items/food. Backyard patio has a water view of a reservoir and the nearby mountains. There is no street parking allowed by the street's HOA, there are two parking spaces inside a garage and two parking spaces in the driveway and all renters must make an agreement with each other who will park where.
Utilities, trash service, and wifi are included in the rent.
