USA-made Clausing Atlas 16VT continuously-variable-speed* floor drill press.

15" diameter (7.5" from spindle to column). 3/4 HP 208V 3-phase. Solid, heavy duty machine. Morse taper #2 spindle, runout ~0.008" measured on the taper. No drill chuck included.

*Machine runs, but the variable speed mechanism is STUCK and only moves a small amount in the low speed range. I don't have the time or inclination to try and fix it.
