About the Role:
Tech One Construction is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Project Manager to support our growing operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in construction management.
You will assist in coordinating projects from start to finish while working closely with leadership, office staff, and field teams.
This position requires travel to job sites to walk projects, verify scope, and support field operations. Candidates must be comfortable being both in the office and out in the field as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and ensure all bids and proposals are submitted on time
Support project managers with administrative and operational needs
Coordinate communication between office, field teams, and vendors
Travel to job sites to walk projects, assess progress, and verify scope
Assist with project scheduling, documentation, and execution
Help ensure projects stay on track from planning through completion
Identify operational gaps and help improve processes
Coordinate with warehouse and field staff as needed
Qualifications:
General Construction knowledge
Read and interpret blueprints and building project plans
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Willingness to travel locally to job sites regularly
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, document management)
Experience in construction, operations, or project coordination is a plus but not required
Spanish is a plus
