We are a customs-bonded warehouse located in Pico Rivera, currently seeking motivated candidates for the following positions:
1. Warehouse Manager Assistant (1 Opening)
Responsibilities:
Assist the warehouse manager in organizing, supervising, and coordinating daily warehouse operations.
Guide and follow up on warehouse staff performance.
Handle related paperwork and system operations.
Requirements:
Basic English and Mandarin communication skills.
Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience; proficient computer skills.
Forklift operation experience required.
2. Yard Goat Driver (1 Opening)
Responsibilities:
Operate Yard Goat for moving containers within the yard.
Operate a forklift and perform general warehouse tasks.
When Yard Goat work is not required, assist with warehouse duties.
3. Air Cargo Operations Clerk (1 Opening)
Responsibilities:
Receive delivery or pickup documents from truck drivers and distribute them to related departments.
Assist with document processing and record management.
Answer phone calls and provide basic customer support.
Handle general administrative duties such as filing and organizing paperwork.
Requirements:
High school diploma or above.
Good command of English and Mandarin (both written and verbal).
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
