This is four black 15 inch steel wheels with old tires on them. I don’t see any stamps or stickers on them with a brand, but they look like Bart wheels to me. They are a matched set of 15x8 inch circle track racing style rims. The lug pattern is 5 on 100 mm.
They will probably fit on a lot of different cars with the 5x100 pattern including small Toyota cars like Corolla, Celica and prius as well as They also might fit Lexus, Subaru, VW, dodge, Chrysler, and Plymouth cars with this lug pattern.
The rims have some small dings and surface rust but they are still in working condition. The tires need to be changed right away.
