This is four stock steel 16 inch rims that would have originally come off a 1939 or 1940 Buick car. The lug pattern is 5 on 5 inches. They should slash fit on some Pontiac, Oldsmobile or Cadillac cars and a few others like possibly Packard or Lincoln with this lug pattern. They have five clips that would hold on original Buick style hubcap. All four rims are in good working condition. They have some surface rust and a few small dings but they are not badly bent or rusted through. You could refinish them or run them as is on a project.
The tires are very old and not safe for street use. You could probably use them as rollers for a project or if you’re sending your car to paint, but I wouldn’t drive on them until you get new tires.
