This is one original factory Toyota 16x6.5 inch aluminum wheel from a Lexus ES300 or ES330 (originally 2002-2006, but should fit most five-lug Lexus and many Toyota five-lug cars like Camry and Avalon). The lug pattern is 5x114.3mm. The wheel comes with a 205/60R16 Continental tire with about half the tread remaining and a DOT date from 2020. Perfect for a spare or replacement of a damaged rim, the tire still has some usable life.  No center cap
