This is a single 18 inch aluminium wheel originally from an 02-08 BMW 7 series car including 745i, 750i and 760i. The lug pattern is 5 on 120mm which fits in most bmw cars. The wheel does not appear to be bent or cracked and it looks good. This would make a fine spare or replacement of a damaged rim.
The tire is old, but it’s still holding air. I would replace it before driving any distance.
