One classic 15 inch steel rim with an old tire 5 on 4.5 - $50 (montebello)

This is a single steel 15 inch rim. It came off a 1960s studebaker, but will fit on a lot of different stuff. The lug pattern is 5 on 4.5 inches which fits on a lot of classic cars including dodge, chrysler, plymouth, and mopar cars as well a ford, Lincoln, Mercury and many other old cars and trucks. The rim is old and has surface rust, but it looks like it's in good condition. It looks like it had three clips for a hubcap at some point. It’s a drum brake rim and will not fit over disk brakes.
The tire is very old, but it might air up if you need a roller.
